This site is operated by David Day, a California-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, to share information about experiential encounters for clinicians. This policy explains what information is collected here and how it is used.
What is collected
When you register interest, the form collects your name, your email address or phone number, your license type and number, and, if you choose to say, which event interests you. Nothing else is requested. Like most websites, the site's hosting provider may also record basic technical information, such as browser type and pages visited.
How it is used
Your information is used only to reply to you and to tell you about upcoming samplers and encounters. It is never sold, rented, or shared for anyone else's marketing.
Service providers
The site is hosted on Framer, and form submissions are delivered through Formspark. These providers process information only as needed to run the site and deliver your message.
Please don't send clinical information
This form is not a secure channel for client or patient information. Please don't include details about anyone you treat.
Your choices
You can ask at any time to see, correct, or delete the information you've shared, or to stop receiving updates. Just get in touch through the contact form and your request will be handled promptly.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
